I've visited Chili's several time and never had any complaints. However, today is my first time with a complaint. I ordered online for curbside delivery. Well I decided to go inside after sitting in my car for 20 minutes. Going inside wasn't a hugh ordeal, but good thing I had on descent clothes. I still had to wait becuase my food wasn't ready. Got my food arrived home and learned my order was not correct. I was too hungry to leave back out. So, I just settled. Next time I'll check my order before leaving.
I have mixed feelings about this location. Food was great one day but the next time I went the food was slow to come out and the quality fell a bit short.
My first visit was to watch the basketball game. I don't know the manager's name, but when he turned the TV volume down, I was not happy. My food was good. I did the $10 deal with the taco soup, I think, and the grilled margarita chicken if I remember correctly. I don't like how without the ice, the margarita 2 for 1 was literally able to be poured into one glass. His margarita had ice and you can see the difference. I went back to get the new pie with ice cream, caramel, nuts, and chocolate. The pie is hard and has to be cut with a knife and definitely tastes better with all of the fixings. They could use bigger televisions for watching sports and make it so the people at the bar can hear the game.
