Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

8/29/2020. Passing through LA and stopped at CB 152 in Baton Rouge. This was our best experience at Cracker Barrel ever. I was in the store looking around and my husband got us a table and placed our order. He ordered me chicken fried steak when I do not eat, but I told him to order me chicken fried chicken. The server, Kiesha, had taken the order down just as he placed it, but she was so pleasant and accommodating and said it was no problem to bring me chicken fried chicken and actually brought me a whole new plate of chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. The manager, Toriano, was constantly walking around the restaurant talking to customers and when he came to us he was extremely nice and said it was no problem. He joked with my husband a bit about some time men make mistakes but he was so professional and probably one of the best managers I have ever encountered anywhere. Our food was great and the service was great and we will definitely stop there again when traveling through Louisiana.

Great lunch, had the spicy grilled catfish, pinto beans, and green beans. Service was excellent.

Food was awesome as usual and our server was so sweet! She checked on us often and not once did we have to wait for her to refill our drinks. I only wish I could remember her name. I made sure to tip $40.00 so she knew what wonderful service she provided us!

Comfort food! We picked up curbside on our way through town and this was fabulous. I had the pot roast and my husband had the fried chicken tenders. The food was amazing and hit the spot. Plus, the biscuits were to die for. We will be back!

Service was good but kind of slow. Their food was awesome, never disappoints! The value u get with the cost and food proportion is great! Has a home comfort and I always end up doing a small window shopping after a meal. Classic and true to its values in providing comfort food.
