Only open for lunch, but if you are hungry for great delicious food and a very friendly staff, you must get down there! Awesome is the only way to describe the whole experience!

Was told about this place by a guy at a place I was delivering to. You know it's good when people are lined up at the door before it opens. It definitely isn't anything to look at, but the food surely made up for that. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Had the hamburger steak with rice and gravy, corn and green beans. Everything was excellent. Definitely will be coming back next time I'm in town.

I was driving through, looking for a place where locals eat. And this place is amazing. People from all walks of life lining up for the best lunch I’ve had in a long while. The pork stew was delicious!

I travel all over the world with my job. Every now and then you run across a little gem of a place to have a good, southern home cooked meal.

Here it is! Probably one of the top
three cafes in the county imho. All of their food is absolutely amazing. Everyone treats you like family, and you almost feel like you’re at your grandma’s house for Sunday dinner.

All puns and jokes aside, this place is as good as you will find anywhere in the country.

Oh, if the name puzzles you, don’t let it. It’s part of an actual stockyard.

Stopped in after hearing how good the food was.. I got lasagna, jams and green beans with a second plate of jambalaya, yams and cabbage.. the food was okay.. the line gets long during lunch time and if your eating in it's kinda tight in there so be prepared to move your chir out the way of traffic sometimes.. it's definitely worth trying.. didn't take to long to get food and prices range from 8 to 13 bucks for dinner.. portions are nice and dinner comes with tea.
