    Firstly customer service was very good. The fried catfish was amazing. Fried to perfection and had the best texture , density and just the perfect amount of breading and seasonings. The tarter sauce was a perfect match to the fish. The biscuit was also splendid and had the perfect butter honey ratio to where it was not overly sweet. The red beans and rice was also spot on with flavor with the best ratio of rice to beans. Over all I am extremely pleased with my lunch and intend on trying more items in the future.
