Yummy, like always! Portobello and Supreme Pizza

I love the ultimate salad, but I don't like the ends of the lettuce (hard green stalk)that they put in the bowl. Once I pulled out so many that there wasn't much lettuce left. Everything else is great! The pizza is soooooo good.

Visited Newk’s Eatery on Corporate Blvd, and the spot greeted us with cleanliness upon entry. The well-lit menu made our ordering experience a breeze, with an enthusiastic cashier promptly taking our order. Although initially intended for takeout, we opted to dine in, and the staff efficiently guided us to a table where our food would be delivered promptly – in less than 20 minutes.

The freshness of the salad's lettuce and the overall goodness of the sandwich left a positive impression. However, the only hiccup was the slightly overripe avocado on the sandwich, likely due to pre-cutting and container storage. Despite this, it was still palatable, but I'll make a note to request fresh avocado next time.

For those seeking a healthier option, Newk’s is a commendable choice in the area, boasting a diverse menu with quick service. Additionally, they provide outdoor seating for a refreshing dining experience with a pleasant view. Overall, a recommended spot for a satisfying and health-conscious meal.

We were staying in the area and found this place on our last day. Food was good, so was the price. I had the sandwich and half salad meal, my wife got the full salad, and they have a good kids menu that we got pizza for my daughter. Was pretty busy around lunch but they had enough staff to cover it. Guy bringing food out and cleaning tables was hustling and on top of it! Would eat here again. Total was about $35.

This was a good place for a relatively quick yet not fast food stop while on the road. It is easy to access from I-10 and I-12. My husband had the create-your-own pizza and was happy with the density of toppings, they definitely didn't hold back! I had the turkey and avocado sandwich and it was good but could use a little zest. I recommend getting ranch with it. Cole slaw was delicious though. The place was clean and had room to spread out.
