The Kolache Kitchen - Airline Hwy.

The shrimp lunch tacos are my favorite but I haven't had anything I didn't like. Everyone who works there is so friendly! Sometimes I like to call in ahead of time to order my food if I'm in a hurry bc they definitely get a lunch rush but it's worth the wait!

First time going, ordered the Cuban and the Brisket Empanada. The Cuban was the best I've ever had, the pickle and mustard compliments the meats perfectly. The Empanada came fresh out the oven, shout out to Ryan, the cheese pull was insane and the sweet bread was delicious. I will be going back again soon, amazing service during rush and fantastic food.

Going in representing a delivery service, my experience in most places is different. Every time I go in, they not only understand my time. But they are friendly and respectful of me and my time.
Very clean dining room. I haven't had a chance to taste them myself yet. But I can say people order it from miles away to have it on a Sunday morning.
If I worked close by in an office or retail position, I would have already tried them.
You can see in the cooking area. It is well kept and clean every time I've gone in.

The food was outstanding! But what impressed me more was the work culture in this place! The employees worked as a team and spoke only to each other with respect and you can tell they truly care about each other. This spills over into how they treat their customers. I am truly grateful to have found this little gem of a place. Thank you for the amazing experience, you have got yourself a new loyal customer!

Yesterday I had a Grilled Four Cheezy with BBQ Brisket and it was the best! It felt like every bite just melted in my mouth and I can’t forget about the amazing customer service. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are a valued customer, I do not go anywhere and get the same greeting I get here!! If you have not been I encourage you to go now!
