I love there food..its always fresh and hot
Chicken is the truth and the lemonade was super good.
I was working in the area and found Bayou Seafood on Google. The restaurant is easy to locate from the road. Parking was sufficient even at the lunch hour. Long line of people that moved fast! There is a buffet of food that is offered. Restaurant staff put together all meals. I enjoyed the popcorn and jumbo shrimp with lo mein noodles. I had enough to feed 4 people as identified in the photo. Food was fresh, tasty and not greasy. Service was friendly and efficient.
This place has the most amazing chicken wings and potato logs. I always forget to take a pic because me and my family usually finish it as soon as it gets in the car. Even now, my mouth is watering for a taste of that food. I always make sure my fiance gets me at least 3 to 5 logs to myself cause I don't like sharing them. The barbecue wings are great as well. I plan to try even more on the menu for a well-rounded review but that chicken...crack.
We were introduced to Bayou Seafood and Deli a little over a year ago and it's been consistently great and quality customer service. On top of that wait times are not long. We have never called to place a to-go order, we always walk-in. Ever since my first bite I've never tasted anything like it.
A lot of people love the taste of The Blue Store chicken wings in Baton Rouge, but if I had to choose, I'd keep choosing Bayou. I'll have pictures on my next visit before I dig in to my finger-licking preparation.

They have the best lo mein noodles and lemonade in town. But I found hair in my lemonade on the last visit and the lady had a slight attitude because the debit card minimum was $5 and I told her that there was no sign posted stating such. So yeah.
