I’m 100% impressed with Jasmines on the Bayou!! Their food is absolutely fabulous. The chef deserves extra kudos for their amazing talent. I ordered two entrees last night and was blown away by the portions; we will definitely have leftovers for a few days. ;) Both my husband and I were taken back by the taste of every item on our plates. The taste alone gives this restaurant above 5 stars, in our opinion! Besides the food, the staff was also super friendly. I enjoy businesses where I can walk inside and not only immediately get acknowledged but more importantly where I’m also greeted with a genuine smile (big even to shine through those face masks). The cashier who assisted me did just that. In addition, she made me instantly feel at home by striking up a small friendly conversation with me, as she prepared my receipt! This is one small local restaurant who has earned my family’s business ..... for a lifetime!!! Thanks again to the amazing staff & owners @ Jasmines on the Bayou. PS....The Shrimp & Corn Soup is the very best in town, guaranteed!!!!
Family friendly and locally owned. The food tastes great. I really enjoy the burgers....and pretty much anything with rocket sauce. We like to get it to go; the dining area is limited when it gets busy.
Food is absolutely incredible!! I had the catfish platter and it was cooked & seasoned perfectly! I ordered the Debris Fries for an appetizer and they were delicious! Great portions of great food for reasonable prices! Definitely will be back!!
Jasmine's is a family favorite. Small and quaint. Unique dishes you won't find elsewhere. Friendly staff and good service. A favorite is the soup and sandwich combo with crab bisque and the debris sandwich.
Our 1st time visiting this Restaurant. When we 1st arrived in the evening, it wasn't that busy but, just after we arrived, things got hectic. Only two servers a female & a male our Waiter. He did exceptionally well considering how busy it had gotten. I didn't see anyone have to wait when he was serving. The waitress on the other hand may have had a few tables while, he handled everyone else. He really did an extraordinary job. The food was fantastic &, I mean Everything!! The food had it's own unique taste. Everything was seasoned perfectly... It really exceeded my expectations... This is truly a unique Cajun Cuisine Restaurant. I'll definitely be returning in the future &, I'd definitely recommend eating here. Oh & btw, try their Dessert it's to die for.
