JoVi's Tacos

My favorite place ever! The staff is incredibly kind, the food is unbeatable, and the artwork on the windows and wall are gorgeous! Everyone gets to know one another here, and the owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! I cannot recommend this place enough. It's really a hidden gem in Baton Rouge. I love the place so much and have been a regular for so long that I started working there! Jorge and Virginia are such kind people, as well as all the other workers. I can confirm that everything here is fresh, authentic and made with love, because I see it all being made nearly every day of the week! As soon as you enter through the door, you're a part of the family, and I've never encountered a single unhappy customer.

Absolutely love going here with my family. Has become a new family routine to go to JoVi's ~once a month. Really really caring staff, nice decoration, and...Oh wait! Yes the magnificent food. I'm not a fan of Mexican food, but this place is an exception. It must be authentic!!! Truly unbeatable menu. Haven't had anything on there yet that wasn't mouth-watering.

We love this restaurant! The food is fresh and delicious and there are several vegetarian items on the menu. The owner is such a joyful, kind person and takes pride in his food and customer service. We've eaten here for years and have never been disappointed! Strongly recommend this restaurant!

By far this IS the best place for authentic Mexican Tacos! I felt like I was in Santa Barbara, California. And the, made from scratch Margarita is to die for! Recommend traditional brisket taco and the sweet potato taco. Oh oh so good!
