Sauce & Bones

I decided to try the blue wings. At first I was kind of shocked, even with the warning, but I must say they were absolutely delicious. I chose the barbecue Ranch fries as my side, and to be honest, as delicious as everything else was, I probably could have made a meal out of just those! The staff is very patient and very courteous and very knowledgeable about their wings and what products that this restaurant provides. Highly recommended.

Baked Beans were too sweet and the potatoe salad was also very sweet I loved the taste of the ribs and the chicken wings my only suggestion would be to lighten up on the sugar in the beans and potatoe salad.

I cannot impress upon you how amazing this food is. The brisket is to die for, the sides wonderful too. Seriously it's hard to find a place that both the entrees and sides are delicious, I could come here just for the sides and be completely happy. So much delicious, worth the wait, great service and beyond yummy!

This was the first time my wife and I visited Sauce and Bones and it will not be our last. The wings and tenders we ordered we on point and amazingly good, especially the honey roll. This is a restaurant that also has good customer service that is missing at other places. The owner came out and asked how did we like our food and asked if there is feedback we could give like changes in the sauces or tastes. They are very knowledgeable on how BBQ should taste and how much love they put in the dishes. Definitely will try the fried chicken next time.
