Swagat ruined all other Indian food for me. It’s the best I’ve had, and now it’s the (very) high bar I’ve set for everywhere else. The service is great, the restaurant itself is very relaxing, and the food is absolutely incredible. I moved out of the city but any time I’m back I have to stop by! Cannot recommend it enough, great place!!
Wonderful experience, wait staff very attentive and friendly. Food is amazing- both in flavor and color! Great menu- lots of choices. Highly recommend.
Restaurant was really clean and well maintained. Service was really quick and staff was very professional. Food was really tasty. Every dish we. Tried such as lamb roganjosh, chicken, mixed tikka platter was delicious and freshly served with naan. I’m glad I have had my lunch there while visiting Baton Rouge first time. Do must try their chai (without masala).
This is hands down, the best Indian Food I have had since I left San Francisco. It's so good that my adult kids who hate curry, gobble it down. I am a vegetarian, and the selection for me is outstanding. There are so many choices, I often can't decide what to get. It's well prepared, spiced, and delicious, but be careful- you might eat it so fast you make yourself sick. It's that kind of food, you just can't stop eating it, and then you realize you are way too full. If you have not been here, you need to rush on over. I recommend it highly.
The service here is surprisingly astounding- especially by the woman that works here! Food is very nice as well. Will definitely be back here next time in Baton Rouge and in the mood for Indian food! (Also, level 4, "Indian Spicy," is a must..)
