Chili's Grill & Bar

I ordered a steak and specifically told our server that I wanted it pink and absolutely no blood. When it finally arrived it was bleeding so I sent it back and got a very well done steak in its place. My husband ordered coleslaw and got potatoes instead and when he asked the server he told him "No, you ordered that" and when asked about the steak he said " Well, what do you want me to tell them" We never received the ketchup, steak sauce, or refills on our tea that we requested. The GM did pass by and when we explained what happened he adjusted our check and was genuinely sorry about the service. The food was good, the service wasn't but I would give them another chance with a different server if I find myself in the area again.
