I choose fit and fresh daily. The meals are always fresh and delicious. Customer service is amazing. Everyone in the building from the customers, to the staff, up to the owner is so friendly! I would recommend Fit and Fresh Meals to anyone inquiring about healthy meal choices.

I heard about Fit and Fresh from several of my friends , so I decided to stop in today. My chicken wrap was absolutely delicious. I bought several meals after seeing just how fresh and delicious they looked..
the place was very organized, clean and the gentleman at the checkout was extremely knowledgeable about nutrition…. I will be stopping in again for sure!!

I like the convenience of these meals and the portion control. I travel to New Mexico for work and I’m able to freeze them and bring them on the plane with me in a backpack ice chest. Great Product and I would highly recommend you supporting these guys. Thanks!

I love these meals! Perfectly portioned and full of flavor! As a full time working mom, Fit & Fresh has helped me eat healthier at a convenience. Hands down the best meal prep service in New Iberia! The meals are actually good, always portioned out great, lots of options/variety. Cheaper than a fast food combo and better for you! Excellent service too!
