IHOP

I recently visited this location, they are now open and ready to serve the customers. I recently had a great experience, I was having issues with the Online order and when I arrived at the restaurant, I spoke with Don, he was very understanding and super nice, he was able to help me out with the issue of the online order and everything got resolved. I have been to that location before and usually get ok to decent service, but this last time I really felt that things are changing for the better. Thanks again Don for your help and I will be visiting there again. food was good and no mistakes were made to my order. Recommend to visit this ihop, it seems like they are taking the right steps to protect the health of their customers.

Staff were friendly but never came back to check on me. Food was great; especially the pancakes. The sausage links were a little too brown. Server came back to give me more water at the end of my meal. Overall, it was okay for IHOP.

The only reason I am giving the IHOP 4 star is because , a hero ( VETERANS) and I was eating at the restaurant, the food was excellent, the service was excellent the restaurant was clean the service was excellent.
Before we got the bill the VETERANS ask if he could get the discount , they call that a VETERANS hero discount that is only 10 % wow , (to me that is a shame ) the waiter said no , because it was policy and something to do with the bill . ( It would only save a dollar or two ) . It put tears in his eyes , shame shame on IHOP .
AND the vet still gave him a 5.00 dollar tip
I would have gave the employe 10.00 to give him 1dollar or 2 off . I think it's big businesses at there best as always.

Well what can I say, I love the fact that I can come in at anytime, any day! Super friendly staff, food was awesome at a very good price!
