Came for ice cream,it just poured out not frozen.When I told the cashier she just looked at me,no reply. Poor customer service.

Bought food and other items. There was no napkins in the store. Said they were out.

This establishment is one of the busy racetrac location, due to the geographic area near the MSY Airport. Certain hours in the morning, evening and afternoon this place is busy,busy,busy! The Store Manager Ms. Kaylyn does an outstanding job in leading her crew that she rely on when she's not there, to run this establishment smoothly and it shows! Ms. Sheena is another staff member that really enjoys her job in general and she needs to be recognized for that by promoting her to assistant manager if she is not one yet! Mr. Theron is another staff member that goes out his way for the guest and it shows! I was very impressed when I mentioned to Mr. Theron that the buns for the hot dogs was hard and if he had any "Freah" ones he immediately stopped what he was doing to provide me with a fresh bun! Mr. Joseph and Ms. Shyanne which are managers also are very professional and helpful with a "Smile".The lines are sometime long but it does move fairly quickly which is a good thing. I feel good going to this location because of the staff and also seeing uber and lyft drivers hanging around in and outside, patronising this location and which make this location very likely to be robbed! I will recommend my family and friends and followers to patropatronise this location. If your ever in the area do stop at this location and enjoytry the fresh pizza and hot dogs and there coffee and ice cream area "Yummmmmy"!

Not to bad with wait, but is busy. Clean and coffee is always brewing.
