Arby's

The food is good!! It really feels like someone tried to make this taste good. The people are happy to see you.

It was OK. Haven't been to Arby's in a long, long time. I decided to try it again since one opened up across the hwy from my subd. It was dry roast beef. I had forgotten how they make their Classic Roast beef sandwich. It wasn't too bad.

I like the place. There sandwiches were very good. You could spot It from the street really easy. They took over the old Hardys restaurant. Nice and clean the bathroom was spotless.

I do my best to patronize businesses in my neighborhood. Regretfully, I am unable to give this recently opened restaurant a 5-Star review. Although I have always enjoyed the food and service from Arby's close to my work (on Veterans Blvd.), I was a quite disappointed with this new location on W. Esplanade in Kenner. The restaurant itself looks amazing (and clean). And while giving my order was quick (inside), I waited 25 minutes to get my order (for one person). There were several customers who ordered after me who got their meals before I got mine. After asking about my order and finally getting my food, I sat down to find both my sandwich and side order was cold (for a single meal costing over $10). If this new business hopes to succeed, then at least provide decent service, hot food, and a value! Not too much to ask. Good luck!
