IHOP

Short staffed and super busy. But Jasmine was so sweet and took care of us! My sister had to leave to catch a plane and she went above and beyond to meet our needs!

food was good. waiter was good. but was very disturbed that staff stayed mostly in the kitchen. the food was coming out very slowly. the staff was wearing jackets and serving people. it was not cold in the place and I'm sure it was warmer in the kitchen.

Renee was my waiter. Hands-down best waiter at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was good ish. The pancakes were slightly overcooked and the hashbrowns were slightly undercooked. The section I was in was clean but the store still felt slightly dirty. There appeared to be some type of liquid running down almost the entire interior wall facing the front of the store, as seen in picture. I also overheard several times other waiters and waitresses discussing who’s getting the next person and who has the larger party at the location just stuff that customers should not be hearing. I would return to this location and I would definitely go back to this Renee guy.

What made this visit so memorable and remarkable was the excellent customer service that we received!
Our server, Ronald, was amazing! He was so nice and friendly, eager to please, and very attentive....would recommend asking for him (hope you will thank him for his former military service).
Since it was not real busy at the time, we enjoyed speaking to him a few minutes.
We did have good food at this IHOP; it was fairly convenient to our hotel. Some of the orders included pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, and hash browns, as well as a hamburger and French fries, and a grilled cheese.
