IHOP

This ihop is very clean and has a nice flow to the dining room. Service here is fast and servers have great attitudes.

Always Busy, Not enough Help. Food GOOD . Place Needs to be Cleaner. Just your every day I Hop. There are Nicer ones in this area. Google them.

IHOP is a great place to get pancakes, but the rest of the menu leaves something to be desired. The omelettes would probably be better if the eggs weren't diluted with pancake batter. And the coffee would probably be better--well, if they did ANYTHING to change it! Water from the canal across the street is probably better than IHOP coffee. The hot chocolate is good if you're six years old and appreciate sugar; otherwise, stick to water or tea. And pancakes. Leave the rest of the menu for the travelers who think they're getting something good.

The location in Kenner across from the Airport is my family and I favorite pancake restaurant!! They have the best service and our food is always correct!! We love to see smiling faces as we enter the door! That's how customer service should be!!
Now, can they please do something with the location in NOE???? It smells like raw sewerage as soon as you enter the door!!!

Parking lot is on the small side. Service can be spotty. On my most recent visit for an early breakfast for dinner, there was maybe 6 other tables that were occupied. The food was good and exactly what I ordered. I was told by the waitress to pay with the manager, and sent back to the table to pay with the waitress where they then had a verbal discussion as to how I was supposed to pay. I felt like I was a hindrance on what ever it was they really wanted to be doing. Everything else was good, and the restaurant itself was clean enough.
