Minh Bistro

This place has the best Pho and spring rolls I've had down south so far. I'm originally from Los Angeles so my standards are kind of high. My husband had Mandarin Chicken he said it was all right but he compares everything to China Doll. The staff was polite and attentive. You should definitely go check it out it would be worth the money and time it looks like they have karaoke too. I will be going back again.

I ordered a boring Chinese meal, just happened to have a hankering for General Tso Chicken, but I am guessing their Vietnamese fare would be better. Was also hoping to get Hot and Sour soup but that was not on the menu.

I really like this place. It has lots of tables, and the bar is set up as its focal point. Its pretty big inside, so it seems like a good space for an event. Our waitress was very attentive. The place was completely empty, so we showed out a little bit. Ha! She didn't seem to mind.

It was a good experience and I'm going back.

Good service good food. The “rare flank steak” was a little too rare. However it was still good and tender. Prices are reasonable as well!

Their food is always excellent. Never disappointed with their quality once. The experience should have been better if the waitress stops rushing and messing up our orders.
