Yesterday 9.7.23., my party and I arrived to everyone sitting/standing outside, due to y'all lost power due to bad weather.

I walked up to the door just to see how long it's been out and if I should reschedule. I was met face to face with one of the lady managers who greeted me with a smile. After asking my questions, she introduced me to BRENTEN....HE IS SIMPLY AMAZING. EXTREMELY APOLOGETIC, AND MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE. HE DESERVES TO BE DISPLAYED. He remained calm throughout the entire time and was seen helping in the bar and snack area, also the shoes.

Thank you Brenten for going above and beyond and ensuring no matter what we was going to have a good time.

If I am honest, I didn't expect this type of customer service at ta bowling alley. Again, thank you/y'all!

I bowl on Wednesday nights, they don't server coke products. I drink Jack and Coke, I buy the Jack from the bar and bring my own coke. Last night they made me throw away my coke because your not allow out side food. Than I had me throw away my Jack that I bought from the BAR because I had Coke in it. Me and my team drink pretty good and now you will lose that money because of a coke. Pretty stupid, I understand no outside food but we buy from the bar and you don't have coke. This bowling alley sucks and I will let everyone know.

Was there this week. Good food and strong drinks. We had a party over 100. Only gripe was only 1 bartender on duty so it took a hot minute to get a drink, but worth it.

9-29-19 Sunday evening 2 PM-ish. Overall we had fun. However there were flaws. We were in lane 41 and there were problems with the pins. We constantly had to go to the front desk and ask them to reset the machine because the pins were not all coming back down. Also the keyboard when you type in your name several buttons were not working on the keypad. We did not get any food or drinks because they were somewhat pricey. Overall it kept the kids busy for two hours and let them burn some energy. I would go back to this location however I would avoid lane 41. Let’s hope the other lanes doesn’t have these problems.
