Shane's Rib Shack

Seemed a little pricey for the quality of food they're serving. The brisket was not very brisket-y. I wasn't too impressed. But that doesn't mean that i wouldn't tell people to try it out for themselves. Everyone has their own tastes and likes- whose to say you wouldn't love it!

I ordered the medium rare and man as a steak guy it was great. Salt ,pepper and butter cooked great. Sweet potato fries and a big salad. Don't skip out on the peach cobbler. Don't argue me on this.

Great food, great customer service, clean floor and tables and did I mention great food.

Looks doesn't always equate to take, especially when you have to wait so long for your meal that the others are finished eating by the time you get yours. The meat was flavorful, but was not a fan of the watered down sauce. But then again, BBQ is such a personal taste that I am not trying to knock its flavor, just viscosity.
