Starbucks

The best location hands down. I love how I walk in and just about the whole morning staff including the manager knows my name and tells me Good Morning Zell, and they know exactly how I like my coffee. The whole morning staff is just awesome.

I don’t care what Starbucks I go too, my hot White Mocha is never made correct!! The only thing at this point I can give 5 starts to is the breakfast! I had a favorite Starbucks store, and they started failing with the same drink, the another one, now this one o decided to start paying for a extra shot, and the coffee is still a fail!! I’ll continue to take a break from the the Starbucks stores!!!

Starting your morning with the expectations of ordering your favorite drink and breakfast item and being disappointed every time and receiving an attitude after waiting for at least 4 minutes at the register to order is why I will not return. I’ve had my name written in their “book” for replacement drinks or free drinks at least 8 times since I got stationed here. If I order a drink requiring almond or Oatmilk DAIRY has been used in MULTIPLE OCCASIONS however today I simply mentioned that my order was placed via the app after waiting for a prolonged time at the register. The shift lead gave me an attitude so I request a refund and she didn’t bother to review my exact charges and shorted me 0.88. I requested management who corrected the refund and provided me my order promptly but no one should have to deal with this drama first thing in the morning at all. The military members have to settle for this particular Starbs due to location. It’s time for training and new staff.

The absolute nicest Starbucks staff I have ever encountered! Several "good mornings" and "have a great day" from different staff members. They were extremely busy but still got both coffees in less than a minute

This Starbucks is always busy which is understandable but when you want to study you are faced with a busy restaurant of people who are talking PLUS the LOUD speakers that always blast MUSIC way louder then they should be making this a nightmare of a study environment. This is why I never study here and always go to other coffee shops that play their music at low volumes or no music at all like PJ’s coffee or CC’s. I wish Starbucks was like this because i like their drinks but not the environment. Customer service is good tho and the drinks are too.
