Tried the beef brisket breakfast tacos last weekend, and the pork this morning, along with their spicy BBQ sauce for the first time. I think I've found my new favorite breakfast taco spot. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu.
SUPER GOOD
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to. Got the three meat plate. Great smoke flavor, all-time great smoked turkey, solid brisket and pulled pork. The smoked potato salad isn’t a normal Cajun potato salad but it’s still delicious and would get it again without question. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll be back!
After my last visit to Austin and having some of the best bbq, I was determined to find some back home that was close to it. Last Sunday my husband and I tried to give this other spot who had so many rave reviews a try but it was not worth the hype that it received. Same day I decided to look up another bbq place and that’s when I stumbled upon Deuces, i immediately made a mental note to give them a shot for the following Sunday. Today was the Sunday and I pulled up their Facebook page and can immediately see the difference in the brisket compared to the other place we went to last Sunday. My husband and I took the 16 mins drive out and upon arrival we can immediately smell the bbq. My husband immediately said oh yea it’s going to be good. We got the trio (brisket, pulled pork, & ribs), it did not disappoint. When I picked up the brisket it immediately broke apart, whereas the bbq we had last Sunday from the other spot did not. You can easily taste the smoke of the brisket along with the rib. The pulled pork was some of the best I have had in our area, super juicy, my husband agreed. Give this place a try, awesome service and awesome food! It’s literally the closest thing we have had to Texas bbq. We will definitely be back!
Finally got a chance to visit since it isn’t as convenient to where I live however they did a Friday night pop up with live music, so I got my chance. There was outdoor seating available or you could just pick up and go. My friend and I tried the smoked wings, brisket Philly, and the pastalaya!!! They did not disappoint!
