Chili's

I think the kinks need to be worked out, but the food was pretty good, the service could be better, and obviously, COVID protocols need to go away.

Great service and great food. They are very appreciative of Veterans.

This has been the BEST Chili’s I’ve been to so far , the food was GREAT & the waitress was just as GREAT the drinks ? were also a Plus ! This Location is a complete PLUS !

New Chili's building, somewhat better service.

Prior to Chili's building this location, their other location further down, I refused to go to anymore. Everytime I did go, the wait was super long to be seated (even though there was open tables), tables were still dirty from the previous customers and wait service was super slow. Wife and I went there one evening and after waiting for a table for 20 minutes, finally sat at a booth. We then sat at the booth for 20 minutes before we even seen a waiter, when asked when we will be served, was told they would get our server. Needles to say 15 minutes more passed (mind you 55 minutes in a restaurant without even a drink) we just got up and walked out.

With the new location, thus far, been there twice. Both times at 11:30 am. Was sat fairly quickly and first waiter was super fast serving us, drinks filled when need and was super nice. Second visit server wasn't the same. He was slower getting our drinks, brought me the wrong soup order and took a while to pay the bill as I was paying cash and not card. Another server took care if the bill for me.

I love the food at Chili's, but service is never consistent. 5 stars for food, 2 stars for everything else.
