I loved the customer service.

I go to this location a lot, and my experiences can either go bad or really good. The one person that I’m always excited to see and always makes my experience wonderful is Will. He is always super sweet to me and asks me about my day. I was having a really bad day the other day and I was super happy to see he was the one who took my order. At the window he smiled at me and just made me feel welcome. He is the reason I always come back to this specific location.

Lovely cafe in the Barnes and Noble. Service was great and cafe was clean during a rush.

Typically a very busy location as it is right in the center of Lafayette.. but no matter how busy you will still be greeted with a smile.. as I stood waiting for my drinks to finish I watched in awe as they made multiple drinks on multiple machines at once. Each person doing as much as possible to help the next.. it's always nice to see employees get along & work well together! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
