We decided to come in for our first time to see what this place was about, and sadly, it was not that great.

The person who initially took our order was rude, disrespectful, and did not explain the process of the preparation like she did for those before and after us. She looked angry, and it seemed like she didn't want to service us. We even asked multiple times to split the check, and she either ignored us or didn't want to, so she kept rubbing us the wrong way.

Next up, the selection of dressings was very minimal and disappointing. The menu did offer a variety of different sandwiches, which is good. The pricing was decent for the food ordered, and the atmosphere was clean, but not upbeat, as all the employees seemed aggravated and didn't want to be there. The food tasted great, which is the sole reason for the higher score. Otherwise, it would have been a two star rating.

I don't know what each of those employees there are going through, so I won't bash on them, I always say there aren't bad employees, just bad leadership. To the managers, I say lead your employees better and groom them for success.

Wrapping up now, I'm not sure if we will be returning anytime soon, sadly. I say food-wise, I recommend them, service-wise, I don't, so please do better.

My club sandwich was missing ham on it, so basically, it was mostly bread. I spoke to a manager over the phone, and he told me I could come back and they would fix me another. My sandwich the second time was made right. My only complaint is the older gentleman who slices the meat and cheese basically told me that he couldn't have messed up on my sandwich because he makes sure that all his sandwiches have alot of meat on them. He just flat out told me I was lying.

Big fan of jersey mikes! Great sandwiches, friendly staff, wonderful place. Just wish they would do better with the lettuce. It’s definitely not as fresh and crisp as I’ve had in other states. Both times here, the lettuce on my sandwich was limp, brown and wilted even though the sandwiches were eaten shortly after being made. Everything else is delightful!

My first time at a Jersey Mikes and I was not disappointed at all! The staff was friendly and gave recommendations. I got the chicken, bacon, and ranch sub and I would put it easily in the top 3 best subs I’ve ever had. A little pricey but definitely better than Subway and Jimmy John’s!

The food was alright. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak, which I'd rate a solid 7/10 for my taste. It had a bit too much Buffalo Sauce, overpowering other flavors. While I enjoy Buffalo Sauce, it dominated the sandwich. Less sauce would've allowed for a better balance with other condiments. My boyfriend tried the Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, which he found better, rating it an 8/10. The atmosphere was decent, but seating capacity was limited, similar to Subway. The service was good, no complaints there.

We spent nearly $30 for both of us, including drinks and chips, averaging around $15 per person. We opted for regular-sized subs, not the Giant size. This is about the same as Subway if you ordered two foot longs with chips and drinks. I might give it another shot, perhaps trying a cold sub next time. While I'd recommend it, I wouldn't say it's extraordinary. Vegetarian options are lacking; the Veggie Sub only consists of lettuce and cheese, which may not be appealing. It's the sole option for vegetarians, so while it's alright for meat lovers, it's not recommendable for vegetarians.
