    Got the plate lunch on Thursday (smothered beef) and it was delicious! Although I'm not originally from Louisiana, my boyfriend is and he was very impressed and compared it to a home cooked meal. We're excited to go back and add Kartchner's to our regular rotation of take out options.

    Oh my God!! The fried ribs are great. The boudin, balls, crawfish pie, and service is exceptional. It is worth veering from your route.

    This place is very nice and clean! The food is scrumptious! We drove all the way from Cleveland and Indiana just for the boudin wraps alone!!

    Delicious! The smoked boudin is amazing. They have great plate lunches, especially Sunday barbecue.
