    Sometimes the weight is a little bit long but hell! The product is always fresh and I'm always greeted with a smile. Big ups to the staff there!

    Food is good, but people who work in customer service need to learn how to interact with the public!

    I've gone collectively 30 times to Popeyes over the last 10 years. More recently, than I used to. For one item, The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, to which I understand the hype. It's terrific. The customer service is hit and miss, but I suspect that comes from a combination of things. The majority of my "3 star" rating comes from the choices of sides and overall offers in comparison to competitors. I DO enjoy Popeye's chicken better than I do Church's or KFC, but I enjoy their sides MORE.

    I ordered the $6 buttermilk shrimp meal. They forgot the sauce even after I asked her to make sure it was in the box. My app rewarded me with 3 free chicken tenders but I was told they don't have a key for that on their register so I couldn't get them. The shrimp is nothing to rave about. I won't order it again. Church's is still my favorite by a long shot...
