Big Mike's BBQ Smokehouse

First time trying this place. Wow! We've been missing out on really good barbeque! We had the 2 meat plates. Brisket & baby back ribs with 2 sides. The ribs fall off the bone tender & the brisket was smokey, tender & delicious! Would definitely recommend and we will go back often to support local business that has very good food.

Food is fantastic, but the service inside is very subpar. Employees could use a little retraining, especially when asking for specific instructions like bringing food out to a vehicle for someone who's masked up and has some respiratory issues when it's paid for to go, plus leaving off certain toppings on some of the plates due to allergies, that sort of thing.

For the food, I would recommend any of the pit plates, the pulled pork nachos, and their mac and cheese.

I visited there a couple of days ago. I had the 1/2 lb Brisket Sandwich, which was awesome. My wife had the Rib and Chicken combo plate with Baked Potato, and absolutely loved it. We had visited there once last year and we really enjoyed it. The food this really great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff was friendly. I do recommend and will definitely go again.

Very nice place with a friendly atmosphere, and great prices. The BBQ beans were awesome. Plus, they play great blues music.

Well, I'd like to say that the food was delicious and that the atmosphere is great. However, the service was not as good as I expected. The servers did not come to visit our table to find out if the food was good or if we needed any more drinks or anything of the sort. The only time they ask if everything is okay is when they came to clear the table of our dishes. I was really disappointed in the service. But at least we didn't have to wait for the food too long and it tasted really good. I'll have to come back in spite of the service.
