Cajun Sushi Roll is Fabulous

Our visit on 12-19-2019
Food tasted decent, our waitresses were scattered and I mean more than one because neither one of them knew which one was taken care of us nor did we.
After placing an order there were multiple plates that came to our table all at once and were almost placed and I said these are not our plates, they ended up being the table next to us.
With the exception of one of those plates was my wife’s shrimp tempura roll which was rather small, see picture.

Shortly after my wife received her plate, I was asked if I wanted a different sushi role that they accidentally made,... not sure, kind of had my heart set on what I wanted and I was not sure if they were offering it discounted or free since they messed up the order???

Since there was no clarification, I decided to stick with what I originally ordered.

After a good 10 to 15 minutes later while the waitresses and cooks were laughing and having a good time?, I then ended up with my original order.

We also noticed that we could have ordered it a different way and not only got a salad each but it would’ve been slightly less $ and when the waitress came to give us the bill, no apologies for the mess up, I showed her on the menu how this could’ve went differently but she didn’t really care.

Bathroom floor was sticky, The rest of the restaurant appeared to be clean.

There was another sushi restaurant just across the Bayou that I will try next when I am in the area.

Great sushi chefs. Large portions. Fresh seafood. Fair price.

First, I definitely didn't expect much from a sushi place located down the bayou, but was very pleased overall. Friendly staff with good hibachi and sushi. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

I thought it was pretty good vegetable tempura was good. snow crab salad was good. Crab Rangoon really good! Crunchy roll and spicy tuna was good. The chicken Hibachi meat was good the fried rice could have used a bit more flavor but I will return
