Me-Maw's Cajun Cuisine

Working in the road, one gets tired of drive -thru and diner food. This is much, much better. The staff is always extremely courteous.
Next time you're passing through Golden Meadow, be sure to check them out.

Hot fresh to order fried chicken was great, mashed potatoes were very buttery and the brown gravy made it even better. The rice dressing reminded me of the old Danny's Fried chicken of my youth....very very good. We will definitely return.

This was our first time stopping at this restaurant. There was ample parking spaces, even for my big rig. We were greeted immediately, and told we could sit at any table. We placed our order right after we got our beverages. The salad bar was nice, and had a quite items. The food came shortly after. It was really good. Dessert was equally enjoyable. The bread pudding was really tasty. The server, Michelle, and the cashier, Nicol were both attentive and friendly. They're open 7 days a week, and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend Me-Maw's restaurant to anyone traveling through Golden Meadow.

It's a local place. Not many other restaurants in the area.
It's clean, they're friendly and greeted us as we came in.
The buffett ended at 2pm, and it was 2:30, but she said we could eat on it, but they weren't refilling it.
I had the buffett with a salad first. Good amount of items in it. I had egg salad also, tasty!
Fried chicken, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes.. average fare, pretty tasty. Not expensive. Nice folks.
