Jabbys Thibodaux pizza

Thibodaux is fortunate to have a world class pizza restaurant. My expectations were low and my experience was incredible. I got the Proschiutto and mushroom with white sauce, fresh arugula and truffle oil. The crust was thin and crispy like pizza is suppose to be. Everything including the service was excellent. I can’t recommend this place enough.

By the name this is a pizza place and the pizzas are very good. I especially enjoyed the crust including the cauliflower one.

Pizzas aside, I want to draw attention to the wings. It is easy one of the top two wings in Thibodaux. I tried the honey ones and they checked all the boxes, crispy, tender, and tasty. When you visit Jabby’s the wings are a must try.
I would also like to add the staff here is super friendly and helpful.

I won’t say who makes my other favorite wing in Thibodaux but their name doesn’t start with W and end with P.

This is a fantastic place to grab a pie at. The place is clean, bright and welcoming. I found this pizza to be the best in town, compared to Rotolos. The other pizza chains are joke. The ingredients were fresh. We ordered three pizzas to goa and there were no left overs. Thin crust pizza done right. They have other items to try. Will be back in the future.

Pizza only comes in one size about 11”. Served very quick. Vegetables could have been cooked a little more( not negative just my preference) Also got a Caesar salad was large enough for 2 people (a little too much dressing…but just me). Still a great place for a quick pizza cooked in a big round oven(visible). Handicap accessible. Order from counter and served to table. Got the order wrong for supreme. They caught the error when it was served and brought correct pizza and said to keep wrong pizza at no charge. That’s great PR. Will go there again.
Also family that that owns is Greek…so you know it will be healthy.

Personable and professional owners. I recommend the Alfredo cheesy bread in addition to your pizza preference.
