    Very good food. The chips were fresh and wonderful. The queso was a little runny, but the Jalisco Burrito was huge and awesome!

    My favorite Mexican restaurant in Ruston. Always very fresh. The Enchiladas Verdes are my favorite! And the staff is always very kind.

    Good prices, great food. Friendly, helpful staff. Queso is life. Chicken chimichanga al la carte & chips with salsa/queso is my favorite meal

    Jalisco's is a great place to grab some lunch fajitas, prices are reasonable, friendly service, and the salsa is some of my favorite. Sometimes it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the choices for Texmex in town but Jalisco's is a solid choice
