(May 24, 2021, 5:39 pm)Congratulations to Kyle — today is his first day working @ SBUX. Understandably he was having a little trouble keying in my complicated order. Then my SBUX phone app inexplicably wigged out & I couldn’t use my stars ⭐️ to pay for my coffee. I offered to step out of line while I got my app fixed. Brooke stepped in, performed a Jedi Knight trick, and comped my drink. I doubly admired her Master’s level customer service maneuver: turning a newbie employee + a tech-dull customer into a pleasant surprise, and who doesn’t love a free Venti? ;)
