I normally don't buy anything from this Sonic, but today was a wonderful day to buy a oreo cheesecake master shake. Mmm. Good👍

5STARs for the new manger at sonic on keyser!! Had an issue with my card updating late on 02/02/2021(I eat at sonic a lot, normally it updates the pending the same day as transaction just later in the evening) so it looked as if I was double charged at 8:15a and an hour later at 9:12a(while in class). The manager was patient and quick to resolve the situation. She refunded me the cost of the second charge only for my account to update at 11:03pm 2/2/2021 stating that the charge was indeed valid(I will be refunding the refund lol)just made from another debit card on the account the day prior although it did not process or show pending until today. she even went a step further and assisted with a previous issue involving the app and misinformation from another employee. Which resulted in me being double charged(I triple checked this charge after the above mistake) and she refunded that cost as well.Thanks CoCo!
