The service was great! But you guys should SERIOUSLY put a heat warning sign for the jerk wrap. The amount of heat that's in that thing is ridiculous!!!!!! That's just not a normal heat level. It's a good wrap but it is way too spicy I couldn't even enjoy it. I may have to drown it in sauce because I don't like to waste food. The fried mushrooms were just ok..
Ordered the Mushroom Po' Boy and was blown away at how good it is! It is enough to feed two people. Crispy, just like fried chicken, made to order. Great sauce! I highly recommend.
The bag on the left contained eggplant slices. They were absolutely delicious once I waded thru and blotted all the grease! The bag on the right contained fried mushrooms. They were delicious but were waaay too salty. So much salt that it burned my throat. I used the sauce from the fried eggplant slices to offset the saltiness of the mushrooms. I still couldn’t eat but 2 or 3 mushrooms without gagging from the salt. I will try them again soon.
I used Uber Eats to deliver my order.
Ummm…wow! I ordered the Vegan Hot Sausage PoBoy and I knew I was in love after the first bite! I can’t remember the last time I had a sandwich this good. It’s got a kick to it but it won’t burn your face off. Did I mention how big this sandwich was?! I think it’s a foot long. You will be full when you’re done. It goes so well with sweet tea.
The service here is great and the owner is super friendly. They have an outdoor seating area that’s really nice and an inside dining room as well.
The food, atmosphere, and service are excellent. I got a chicken sandwich, brownie with icecream, hot sausage po boy, fries and fruit punch. The fries were seasoned well and good. The hot sausage po boy is the BEST vegan sandwich I've had. I should have had 2 or 3 of them. There were shirts and bracelets that could be purchased. I loved that there were books and games in the establishment. It was family friendly. I loved the culture that I felt with the restaurant. I would definitely return. This is one of my top 3 vegans restaurants.
