Chick-fil-A

The mobile express lane is the stupidest thing Chick-fil-A has ever done. If you order ahead on the app you have to go to the outer lane which is the longest lane. You're better off going to the inner lane every time you go there and order when you pull up. Don't order in advance unless you're trying to wait.

Its a bit strange. I realize the setup with people outside approaching n numbering cars is about efficiency/speed. Problem is, i dont hit up chick fil a often. So without a menu visible except at the end and a person trying to take my order before i got there. . .i got stuff, but it was a rushed thing which i was only okay with. Like i said, strange. Not bad, but i dont think ill be back. I like a second to figure out what i want out of what a place has. Friendly staff.

This location is a lot slower when it comes to the speed of service than most Chick-Fil-A‘s in the New Orleans area. I find myself stuck in the drive-through line for up to 10-15 minutes more often than not when I visit this location. And it’s a CHICK-FIL-A!!! Chick-Fil-A’s are known for their speed and great customer service. This location does not reflect these qualities whatsoever. Also, they tend to get our order wrong the majority of the time. You ordered a peach milkshake? Expect a vanilla milkshake, which is what I got instead. Want a grilled chicken sandwich? Here’s a fried chicken sandwich. You ordered a regular Chick-Fil-A sandwich? How about a deluxe Chick-Fil-A sandwich, fully dressed? I gave my sandwich back for them to correct my order, and they messed it up AGAIN!!!! If I received this type of service at a Mcdonald’s or Taco Bell, I wouldn’t think twice. But I would never expect this type of service and inaccuracy at a Chick-Fil-A. I am a Chick-Fil-A LOVER, but this location has left a bad taste in my mouth, just like the cold buns on my sandwiches. Lastly, if you get breakfast in the morning and order at the speaker in the drive thru, expect to wait a couple minutes for someone to help you. I’d rather drive in traffic on a Friday evening to go get an accurate, hot, quick, and delicious Chick-Fil-A meal at the Metairie location.
