Felipe's Mexican Taqueria

This location is by far sincere in making sure that there customers are treated as "FAMILY". Pike and the Felipe's Team is a small Locally Owned Company that should be Patronized by locals and visitors alike! The staff at this location greets every guest that enters there establishment or in there "Line Of Sight"!
The food is made "Fresh" & "Hot" to Order! During this epidemic time this establishment has a walk up to go orders and Uber eats and other delivery service that is offered! The Owner and also the Management Team does an Outstanding Job with welcoming the "GUEST" that patronize this establishment or any other locations around town! I reccommend all my follows & family and friends to this Establishment. Thank You Pike! & Mgr. Ms.Kennedy! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I wish I could love this place because of all the raving reviews I had heard from other customers. Unfortunately, my experience here was anything but mediocre. Maybe it was because I went at a busy evening time (7pm)? Or maybe they were just under-staffed that day, I don’t know. What I do know is the following:

1) There were no paper towels in the bathroom, nor an air hand-dryer.

2) After waiting in line for 5 minutes to arrive at the order counter, I waited at least another 10 minutes for my food to be prepped. By the time I finally sat down to eat *in the restaurant* my food was cold. Bummer.

After this poor experience, will I order from Felipe’s again? Probably yes, if only to see if I can have a better experience and understand why everyone likes it so much...but only if I’m eating with someone else who really wants to go there specifically. Sorry, Felipe’s!

Favorite chill spot to watch the saints game. Environment vibe is usually positive the frozen margaritas are always legit! The nachos are better when there’s a crowd ( hence fresher/ warmer ingredients).
