Lux Cafe

I went here for breakfast with family and we all loved our food. Everything we got was delicious. I got the banana French toast which was really good, the best I’ve had in a while. The hot sausage po boy was the perfect savory addition along with the crawfish omelette and shrimp and grits. I don’t know how describe the sauce with the crawfish but it was the tastiest thing I’ve had in New Orleans! Definitely would go back!

The breakfast was amazing! The iced caramel macchiato was delicious. The atmosphere was really peaceful, tho I was there at 8am and one of the first customers there. It didn’t take no longer than 10 minutes for the food to come out and the service was amazing! A++

Absolute 10/10. Food is amazing, flavorful, big portions, and very reasonable prices. The fresh squeezed orange juice machine is a win. I ate here several times during my trip and was never disappointed. You could eat here breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I accidentally stumbled into this spot from a wait across the street. So glad I went in! The food was AMAZING! I wanted to eat forever. I had an espresso with oatmilk and my husband had fresh squeezed orange juice. I ordered my own OJ after I tasted his. It was fantastic.

I had Crab Cake Benedict and my husband had Chicken and Waffles. Our friends had Banana French Toast (so good, had to taste it) and omelette. Breakfast potatoes were seasoned so good you didn’t need ketchup or anything.

We will be back!!!

Love this place! Just a few feet away from my Moxy hotel & we had breakfast. Excellent food & service! They opened early cos they saw us waiting outside. They have fresh orange juice. Hot sausage is to die for! Highly recommend.
