Ramen has to be done right. Any half hearted attempt will ruin the dish. Nomiya is at the level of food truck good. My order was incredibly fatty and while some of the flavor comes from fat, it could have been balanced much better. Also, they were very light on the noodles. I was hoping for more. They have work to do. I did like their Edamame appetizer though. Nomiya has work to do but still worthy of 4 stars as they have potential.

Had the steamed pork buns and Tonkotsu ramen with a few extras. The place was pretty busy for a sleepy Sunday in the neighborhood but the service was quick and they were on top of it all! Great stop for the real stuff, no frills, no pretense, just hot broth, good noodles, and a lot of happy customers around us

Rating 5 stars because the service was excellent, the food was perfect, the atmosphere was great, and it was clean. But there are a couple of complaints.. 1. The sign out front is dark so it was difficult to see at night. We almost missed it. 2. Their drink selection isn't great. Otherwise, a great little place. We really enjoyed.

With such a small menu, any guest can assume that each dish is executed with perfection. Nomiya has never fallen short of a great meal with great service. tender chewy noodles, creamy unctuous broths, loads of extra toppings, and huge portions. While the soups are great, the pork buns are the star of the show

Oh my gosh this food was so good. The place was small, but worth the wait. I was salivating before I even ordered. I literally got everything on the menu, and it was ALL good.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The place was bright and colourful without being too loud.
