Love the Tchoupitoulas Location. The staff members are very customer friendly and prompt with service. All know me by name. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. Love the location and parking area. Highly recommend

The best Smoothies ever. I'm a frequent customer. Love the ambiance and the ease of purchasing my smoothie of choice. Scott is the best and he knows how to give you the tastiest blend of ingredients to keep you coming back for more. Highly recommend

My concern is when your employees are distracted during a busy time such as 12-1 for example.

I came in for an online order. A couple had received 1 smoothie and was waiting for their 2nd smoothie when one of the young ladies behind the counter called it out without actually checking the ticket and gave theirs to someone else who ordered a different drink.
They had to wait while the worker kept calling out the smoothie that was correct for the other customer, even though he patiently told them multiple times that belonged to the ones she gave his smoothie to.
Getting close to past the pickup time for my own order, I saw a different worker behind the counter in glasses wearing an iPhone earbud, the only one making smoothies at that point, put one on to blend then turned towards the back wall for a minute or two gesturing with her hands as she spoke to whoever was on her iPhone piece. I was still waiting for my order at that point. I ended up waiting nearly double the quoted wait time.
Aside from my own order, I would hope in the future employees pay more attention when they're on the clock and not be on the phone, as well as paying closer attention to an obviously avoidable mishap.

Customer service is great with speedy service too. You can find great snacks and alternative healthy options you cant find anywhere else.
