Vessel NOLA

Great service and ambience. An old church with a thick yellow atmosphere inside due to the stained glass windows - I found it lovely to have brunch in. The servers were prompt and very nice, we even got a free dessert because our food was served 5 minutes later than they thought was appropriate.

Unfortunately, the food was lackluster. The Brussels sprouts were fried to perfection, but had absolutely no flavor apart from their natural green. The eggs Benedict were plated beautifully, but packed absolutely no punch.

The harvest salad was fantastic and their house fries are always a good choice. I've never been disappointed by any cocktail I've ordered here.

A friend told me to try this place out and I was pleasantly surprised! They have a beautiful decor. The drinks were very tasty. Everyone that works here that we encountered was very pleasant.

I could not praise Vessel NOLA enough. Visually, the restaurant is unique to say the least! Set back from the main roads the outdoor seating is quiet, and trimmed with string lights. Indoor or outdoor, no matter where you sit you will have a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable! Both our server and the hostess were lovely to interact with! They provided a warm and welcoming experience that complimented the physical environment.

THE FOOD WAS GREAT! I highly recommend the pickle plate if only to try the pickled strawberries, which were delicious. Plenty of small plates to choose from or a single entree. Regardless of what you pick you will not be disappointed.
