Braiz'n American Bar & Grill

The place was really trendy. Food looked and smelled amazing. Only bad thing was I order a 'Vinny" combo with steak and chicken. Instead I got a shrimp burrito and I am highly allergic to seafood. We still paid the expensive bill and tipped the waitress even though it was her fault the way she placed my order. Didn't offer to comp anything since my family had ate and my food came after the long wait. We were from out of town. So we will probably not return. I say life, my time and money is too short to wasting gas and energy on careless serving.

Excellent breakfast. My daughter and I went in to eat the western omelet breakfast and it was soooo delicious! We were the only 2 guests and it was just nice and quiet. Excellent customer service.

AMAZING place with AMAZING people and DELICIOUS food. I have never met a restaurant owner more willing to accommodate whatever it is that you want. Want something not on the menu? What something substituted? Just ask! The staff is friendly and flexible and the environment is accepting of every single person that walks through the door. I wish I could visit more!

Margarita flight was excellent. Steak Night brought us in, and they let us know that they only had a few steaks left as soon as we sat down. We appreciated the information, enjoyed the music and atmosphere. The food was generally good and plentiful, especially the guacamole. Will definitely return.

Good burritos. Need more servers.

No i did not see your two interviews. I don't live in Monroe. I was here visiting family and a friend recommend your establishment. Previously i never knew your restaurant existed.

I gave an honest assessment of my personal experience. Had I gave a full throated review like I usually do on trip advisor, maybe your "slamming" comment would be slightly justified. I get the impression your emotions got the best of you to my 2 sentence review.

Secondly I am a business owner. All of that you said about my review was totally unnecessary and is prompting me to LOWER my rating. I went back to read your replies to other 3 star reviews. Your replies to them were a lot more tamer than yours was to mine.

Im not changing anything about my review. The reason you got 3 stars was because the burritos are tasty. The server i did have did the best they could. i left a good tip. And yes you was shorthanded but despite that i stayed. Others i observed had the same look in their eyes but they also stayed to have food/drinks.
