    I am from south Louisiana was visiting Monroe and stop in to eat, the food was so good season well just like in the south. Grilled catfish was so good. Cannot stop thinking about it. Fried mushrooms was awesome!!

    Best place in town, hands down. My favorite food of all time is shrimp Alfredo, and Catfish Charlie's makes the best shrimp Alfredo I've ever had!

    Well, my Wife and I finally tried Catfish Charlie's and the service was awesome, the fried shrimp was outstanding. I was very disappointed with the fried catfish (it was mud cat for those that know the difference) and the boiled shrimp with corn and potatoes was so over done it was not edible. I'm sorry to say that we won't be back.

    Fish would have been really good had they made their filets thinner. Middle of fish was done but had the muddy water flavor due to them being so thick. Could have used a little more seasoning as well.
