    One of my favorite fast food chains. Kuddos to this restaurant for having the staffing and the efficiency of customer service all figured out. I literally ordered, paid for food, my order was double checked, condiments handed out, and received food all in drive thru in less than 5 minutes with cars bumper to bumper in two rows merging together. You would have thought ultimate chaos and 30 minute waits elsewhere but it was very organized and worked well. I wish we had one in Log Cabin or Bastrop, La.

    Now, most Chick-fil-A's are busy but this one is pretty consistently busy. (It's crazy to me there isn't another one in Monroe) this location is always pretty much perfect, I work nearby and eat here a lot, the food is always correct to what I ordered and the quality is always top notch. The service is the same, never had a complaint. Only downside is that this is in a mall but it is good otherwise.
