Firehouse Subs Maison Market

Food was good, but I felt singled out.My sister and I walked in and there were crickets next person walked in and the whole staff yelled out " Welcome to Firehouse Subs" oh well at least the manager came up to me a little later and said hello and asked how I was.. he made up for his staffs lack of customer service skills. Greeting should be across the board.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Manager and staff were very accommodating and professional. I’ve eaten at Firehouse for years and this was my best experience🥰

Not only are the sandwiches amazing but the staff is even more amazing. They are so friendly and upbeat - they give off such a good vibe overall. They seem to enjoy each other and have fun working and it’s just refreshing as a customer to see employees have a good attitude during these times. I don’t know his name but I believe he’s the manager - he is so nice!! I’ve been 3 times and every time he’s came over and asked how we are doing and gives my son a fire hat and a cookie. Really great place to eat and enjoy.

The owner Eugene is An amazing man. I'm a raving fan now because of him. I was so impressed by their service. If only businesses could fallow.

We just had the best experience here. Super friendly staff. Everything was clean. Fantastic food. My kids were crying and hangry when they came in but left happy campers after some delicious Mac n cheese. The manager even gave them cookies and firemen hats. Wish we lived here so we could come more often.
