Good place for breakfast, lunch, bait or lunch plates sausage eggs and cheese sandwiches toast ed with butter and mayonnaise can't go wrong.

I stop here often and have for years. Good seafood and plate lunch but also a good traditional roast beef po-boy. Sliced beef, proper French bread and gravy.

Leaving Venice heading back north and stubbled up this place. Was looking for a cup of coffee but found a good little local cafe. Awesome breakfast and lunch menu looked good. Fast in and out local people and appreciated the business.

The best (and only) spot to get some quick and cheap breakfast sandwiches on the way down to Venice at 4AM. Hit the spot up for some food on the way to work or the gulf! I would always get the hamburger egg sandwich, which was the most filling option available.

This family-owned place is a restaurant, deli, and convenience store. There's all manner of odds and ends for sale like fishing gear, shrimping boots, canned goods, snacks, and cases of beer. The daily lunch specials are a great deal of food for the price. The seafood is always fresh, and you can taste the briny Gulf waters on the shrimp and catfish. The po-boys are quite filling and fairly good. Around noon they tend to be pretty backed from the plant and naval base, but there is not much of a wait. I've come here for lunch a few times when I am in the area and would return back.
