    I really like Chili's Quesadilla Explosion Salad, and they had it perfect Saturday afternoon. Kudos to the manager present when I visited; he was wiping down tables, helping with orders, greeting and seating folks. (Was he cooking too? :) ) He was polite, businesslike, and the ultimate professional. He effusively apologized for being short-staffed - but this is a Nationwide problem. Nonetheless, I enjoyed hearing it; too many businesses could care less about customer satisfaction: This manager cared, and I was very impressed. And the salad was perfect! Alexandria Chili's - YOU ROCK!!
