    Best sandwich shop in Alexandria. The staff is great. I'm always properly greeted when I walk into the store. The owner and staff and the best hands down.

    Me and my girlfriend have only been to this location 4 times. The first time was great, no complaints. The second time the sandwiches were good, but they forgot our side pickles, not a big deal, everyone has bad days. The third time, sandwiches were still great, but again they forgot our sides. Well, we went there again today and once again, no sides, we had to ask for them and my girlfriend ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and so did I. Her sandwich didn’t have ranch on it so it was very dry and mine was flavorless. I don’t know if it was just the sandwich I got or what. Room for improvement, but not terrible.

    Food was awesome as usual. I love Firehouse. It's a little on the expensive side but it's worth the extra money. 5 stars rating from me.
