    Back in the early to mid 1970's there was an Uncle Albert's Fried Chicken in Natchitoches, LA on 2nd Street/Lafayette Street near downtown, right next to the Kroger supermarket (where I got my first paycheck job while in high school). The Uncle Albert's we had was strictly walk in/carry out, but I usually would go there when I had an one hour break from work to buy their fried chicken and fries, roll of bread. The food was always fresh and hot. I've never forgotten the great service and excellent quality food from that establishment!
